INTRODUCING eVOX: THE IN-OFFICE BRAIN HEALTH SCAN
Help your patients and grow your practice
eVox helps fulfill the American Academy of Neurology’s recommendation of annual screening of patients 65+ for cognitive concerns 1.
You don’t need to solely rely on patients’ self-reported symptoms. Track brain health over time with objective EEG/ERP biomarkers.
Cognitive changes can be related to many different disorders like depression, anxiety, TBI, PTSD, ADHD, and more. eVox is designed to help you discover the root cause.
primary care physicians
The eVox Brain Health System offers an easy-to-administer cognitive assessment to help PCPs identify the root cause of cognitive concerns—without relying on subjective, self-reported symptoms. eVox Reports are clear, insightful, and don’t require visual inspection of raw EEG data. eVox is easy to integrate into a clinical practice and helps physicians:
Perform differential diagnosis
Develop personalized treatment plans in-house
Triage patients with cognitive impairment
Track treatment effects and/or disease progression
Monitor physiological aging at annual wellness exams
The eVox Brain Health System performs computational EEG. Also called qEEG, this is a type of functional neuroimaging that can yield objective neurophysiological biomarkers related to cognitive impairment, with sensitivity upwards of 90% according to a 2018 study2. This means eVox isn’t designed to replace the standard EEG in many neurology offices. Instead, it is intended to help you diagnose cognitive disorders, track cognitive status, and monitor disease progression. eVox can help you:
Accelerate timeline to diagnosis
Observe treatment effects and/or disease progression
Monitor physiological aging and track cognitive status

The key to preventing dementia is recognizing brain changes related to cognitive decline as early as possible. eVox gives me added insight to implement successful interventions.
I recently had a patient who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, but wasn’t responding to medication. The detailed and objective assessment produced by eVox demonstrated findings that were inconsistent with Alzheimer’s, but consistent with significant depression. After a change to medications for depression, her cognitive complaints disappeared.
eVox makes it easy for me to track changes in brain function and behavioral performance as it evolves from the time of first visit through a therapeutic course. This means I can assess positive medical response or track the disease state, and address any efficacy or adherence issues much earlier than I would otherwise.
Everybody from the lay person, to the non-neurologic provider, to the general neurologist, to the expert neurophysiologist, can appreciate insights from the eVox Reports.
